Hotel manager in the Cielo Dining Room was just amazing. He always welcomed guest with a smile and was welcoming. We saw Filipe at Breakfast and dinner and he always took time to speak to us.

"Leading by example" is always a good thing in the hospitality industry. Jackson demonstrates to exceed this statement, as we observed him in the BUffet area. He was always ask us if he could prepare some thing that we liked or made a recommendation on an alternative. Great to see that on cruises.. Princess should be proud to have Jackson on board.

A lovely week on a beautiful ship, a few hiccups but great recovery
"We gave this one more night and when we were not seated at "our" table and we were shown to an area where most people were on desert, it meant we had dinner surrounded by non bussed tables (again no staff). That evening we went to see him in his second role as Asst Manager in the MDR, there was a line, I stepped out of the line and looked for him, he immediately took us to a reserved table and he and the Maitre'd waited on us personally throughout the meal and service and food was flawless, but this was a one off - you cannot expect the Asst...."Read More

The best yet

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Sky Princess

This was my 15th Princess cruise and the best yet in terms of the ship itself. The ports of Azores, Madeira, Casablanca, Cadiz and Lisbon were fine but not trip highlights for me. Note: if one of your main concerns is the main dining room or the specialty restaurants, look elsewhere as I no longer go there on any cruise. The ship is beautiful. The whole boarding process from being bused ...

We took this cruise to see Portugal again and get to Uk. We chose an inside cabin to save some money . I booked thru princess because it was our first time on them and I wanted a good cabin. I said I wanted stateroom ubove and below. Our room was over the piazza. We had music blasting in our room until 12:15 am. We called nightly and no one did a thing. We were told there were no rooms to move ...

This cruise gave us an opportunity to fulfill our 'bucket list" of making through the TransAtlantic cruise with NO cancellation of Ports. Thanks to the leadership of Captain Heikki Laakkonen and his team. Strong waves for a couple days, yet we managed to have a great time..e enjoyed the company of seven other guest in our table which made the dinner evening interesting and had much laughter!! ...

This was truly an amazing trip we loved every minute and every day on this cruise. The medallion on the ship was perfect all but one time you can order drinks anywhere and it almost comes to you. You have to keep your eye out the service team can’t always find exactly where you are at with your medallion. There was one time i ordered drinks and they did not arrive to me and was still taken those ...

Sky Princess Cruise Was Great -- And Scuba Diving Was Easy

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Sky Princess

Just got back from the Western Caribbean and Mexico on a Sky Princess cruise with three other couples. It’s really easy for passengers to arrange a two-tank dive in advance while visiting Roatan in the Honduras Bay Islands, as well as other Caribbean ports like Cozumel and Costa Maya. We chose Sun Divers Roatan, as well as Papa Hog's Scuba Emporium in Cozumel and Amigos del Mar in Costa ...

We are cruisers in our 70s and Elite status on Princess. This is the last cruise we will take with them as they no longer want to cater to our age group. We will take our cruise dollars to Seabourn etc who don’t seem to collect their passengers from a nearby trailer park. The ship is lovely and the food is still great. The service is amazing but why keep up the pretence at a dress code when ...

Extremely Disappointed

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a beautiful mini suite in front of the ship. Princess has always been our go to cruise line. The cruise workers were exceptional like always,no complaints. But the buck stops there. This was our 19th cruise with them our 50th in total. However, we were so disappointed with the shows, the entertainment and also the quality of some of the ...

Wanted a two week cruise in warm weather. This was back to back 7 days each Eastern then Western Carribean. A number of cruisers did this on the ship. Sailed from FLL Eastbound and returned to FLL. Got off the ship and got right back on - just turnaround, no unpacking (for those wondering.) Then Westbound and back to FLL. No issues with embarkation or disembarkation. * Princess building ...

Very Good But Not Ideal

Overall, this was my third cruise with Princess. While it was my second time post-pandemic, I'm observing Princess' evolution in the wake of losses sustained during the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Princess has definitely implemented many small changes across the spectrum. It probably still is a "premium" line because all of the other cruise lines have faced the same realities and have made ...

We chose this Cruise because it went to different destinations in the Caribbean. We flew from London to Miami and transported across to Fort Lauderdale because we wanted to be with Americans. We have done many cruises from our home in the UK ,but they are always full of Brits and if we want to holiday with Brits then why travel all the way to the Caribbean? Might as well stay home. Boarding ...
