Our servers, Yan and Sunil went above and beyond to help us with our dietary needs. The Indian food was fabulous! Silvio did an impeccable job with keeping our room clean and comfortable. We used an internet online service, and found just an amazingly low price -- "an offer we couldn't refuse." Of course there were a few downfalls. My wife and I went on the Enchantment out of Galveston with our adult children. Boarding in Galveston was extremely easy.Our sea passes were scanned and we were cleared to board. The room key/set sail cards were already in our cabins. Eventhough the ship is older it is well maintained and appears to have been updated recently.
