First night on board, air conditioning noise in room was not put right until midnight.Next 2 days,no shower due to thermostat non function producing only boiling hot water.Tried to fix but didn't work,no shower that evening.Next day,put new thermo, didn't work either and again no ...

We did a Med. cruise on this ship and it was , well ok, but I couldn't say I would recommend it to anyone, in fact I would not recommend Costa t anyone other than an Italian, why, well it's because they don't really care about anyone much other than the Italian passengers. The annoncements are in Italian , sometimes repeated in English if you could call it that, very hard to understand most ...

Worst cruise with the best ports of call

We chose this trip based on ports selected by YMT. Ports were great---cruise---worst ever. Everything you get on Costa costs you---even water!! Had to buy water pkg for $37. Glass of water at bar costs. Food was horrible---attractive looking in dining room but almost same selections nightly. If you're a pasta lover you might survive. Almost same offerings daily in buffett. No lobster or ...

We chose this cruise as it was extremely good valve for money. We secured it through Groupon and flew from Gatwick to Nice. Transfers smooth and on arriving at the ship our bags were whisked away and placed outside our cabin, let the fun begin! The ship is very ornate and the interior decorating a little offensive to those who like colour co-ordinated surroundings! However it was clean and ...

We sailed Jan 29, 2017 i booked 2 cabin 4 adults 1 infant 1 child. The kids enjoyed Peppa Pig show and heated pools. Spacious cabin but you have to close the toilet cover to flush the water and i hate it especially at the public toilets, its the same you have to put down the toilet cover to flush the water. Very nice cabin crew and accomodating. The food at the dining is just awful, too salty ...

First I have to tell you that I normally don´t write reviews for this site. But I have heard it being mentioned so often, this past week, that I do feel the need to give my opinion. My family joined the transatlantic cruise guests for the last week of their stay on Costa Mediterranea(a very good 6-night-deal was offered in Belgium and the Netherlands and we decided to take it). We are ...

Worst Cruise Ever

Costa may be part of Carnival Lines now but they are miles away on being even close to the Carnival or Princess Lines. The only positive on the 18 days was the serving staff both in the restaurant and bars. The worst part was having 18 days of the most horrific food I have ever encountered on a ship or even for that matter on land. The menu choice was poor. The translation from what they thought ...
