Overall a very good cruise with tending to excellence for me as a single passenger. Boarding was a bit delayed, because of some officials for boarder control hadn’t been in time, but however I was onboard within 35 minutes from official start of boarding. Embarkation in Guadeloupe was a complete and utter disgrace, Costa ground crew where unhelpful, rude, arrogant and showed no respect or compassion to its paying customers. Having arrived at the port with a wheel chair passenger and 3 suitcases there was no help or assistance nor was there any luggage trolleys.
