This is the first time we have been on a cruise. Good points are, fabulous staff and cleanliness, nice, basic compact room. we had concierge, which was a waste of money, and good food most of the time. We found this cruise lived up to reviews posted by others. Main reason for booking was the connecting flights to Southampton and coach shuttle provided. This worked well in both directions - excellent for those based in Scotland. We cruise 3-4 times a year, since we are very close to Fort Lauderdale and find cruising such an affordable family vacation and so easy with young children. All in all a fabulous cruise - easy embarktion, more than happy with our oceanview cabin and the bathroom was roomy too. You get complimentary waffle dressing gowns and decent toileteries in the bathroom (and also the chocolate on the pillow - some cruise lines have stopped doing this little luxury!).
