We chose this cruise mainly because it was going through the Panama Canal which was fantastic, but unfortunately two of the original stops got cancelled, the stop in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua got cancelled just a short time after booking and Grand Cayman got cancelled as the swell was to bad for the tenders. Pros: All the staff were excellent The Medallion App seemed to work well The ...

I went with my cousin on this cruise from LA to Miami via the Panama Canal. Overall, it was fine, but definitely not the caliber of cruises I had taken in the past (pre-pandemic) with RCC. My opinions are as follows: Cabin: We had a junior suite, mid-ship, that met my expectation for space and comfort. The beds were very comfortable and the veranda had a lounger, which was nice to relax in. The ...

My husband and I chose this cruise to transit the Panama Canal. We got so much more. This is a beautiful ship, easy to navigate and it has the best cruise director in the world, Steve Davis, who can make this cruise fun for everyone. Michael Jackson’s Thriller dance was the highlight for me. The energy on this ship is non stop. There is always so to do. The entertainment was varied and fun. The ...

Never ever been treated like second class citizen since I have been cruising for over 27 years with this pathetic company. It does not matter what happens on this ship as nobody cares and nobody listens. The noise, food, officers were pathetic and overall I wish people would avoid this company like the plague. An officer actually snatched a spoon out of my hand and I wish I would have handled my ...

The ship is wonderful. I love how small and easy to navigate she is compared to her bigger competitors and sisters. Not high-tech, which is fine with me. I'm happy with just music and trivia and silly games and reading by the pool. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I thought the ship was perfect for my wife and I. Solarium space is wonderful. Quiet, great view. Staff were wonderful. Steve ...

We wanted to go on a Panama Canal cruise leaving the west coast and traveling east. We were not disappointed. The ship was beautiful and extremely clean. Seems like someone was always cleaning and polishing. Thankfully even the window were cleaned several times on this journey. That has always been my number one complaint. Well this time those windows were spotless. They must have cleaned them ...

I hadn't sailed with Norwegian before and liked the itinerary, which originally sailed from Los Angeles to Miami through the Panama canal. I liked the choice of ports as well. This disappeared from the schedule, so I checked other sailings and chose one that was similar- sailing from Los Angeles, but ending up in Tampa. This had Acapulco as one of the ports and I wanted to visit there again. I ...

WE chose this cruise to celebrate a special birthday and because we only had to fly one way! We flew to Barcelona and Regent put us up at the Hilton which was a very nice modern hotel. We only stayed one night and were taken to the ship which had come from a 3 week refurbishment in Marseilles. We had only sailed Regent once (on the Navigator) and we were not fond of that ship. The Mariner was ...

SERVICE AND STAFF - Mayura and Gede were great cabin stewards. Any request was immediately taken care of, and our cabin was always neat and clean. Once a day cleaning was during our dinner seating and completely effective. Thanks a million to our cabin team!! We had laundry done twice on the cruise and it was clean and carefully folded when returned by our stewards, We even got a nice note ...
