My cousin had said that they had good time on their last cruise . They came with us on this cruise . They also said that cruise was bad. Service was unfriendly . ship needs to be up dated . Carpets were worn out. My cousin room carpet was wet due to leak in ceiling. There also was a leak in ceiling in Crown grill. Getting on and off the ship went well and fast. my cabin steward and two ...

When it takes 4hrs to have your toilet plunged or at least 20min for room service to answer the phone, what else really needs to be said? This was by far the worst cruise I've ever travelled on. Staff dragged their feet for everything. Barely a smile from staff the entire cruise. People just going through the motions. The itinerary is built for travellers 70+. Nothing except comedy show and ...

We thought it would be a much nicer cruise. The ship was beautiful however we found the crew to be very lazy, especially in the buffet where we had to constantly ask them to clean off the tables, they seemed to just stand around and talk to each other in their native tongue, I think that was especially rude and should not be tolerated by the ship, Getting on board the confiscated our 2 way radios ...

First and Last time on Princess

We choose this cruise due to an excellent rate. We have been down the Mexican coast many times and wanted a little get away. We booked a Ocean View cabin, but were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a balcony. The food was not good at all. I compared it to something like cafeteria food or hospital food. Very bland and repetitious. The horizon buffet area was horribly crowed all the ...

Princess is going down the tubes

We have taken many cruises and have been on most of the lines. I don’t expect Princess to be in the ranks of Crystal, but certainly should be better then Carnival since it is their “Premiere” line. First of all the ship is old and just came out of dry dock so we expected it to be updated. The only upgrade is the room key and hallway monitors which seemed high tech. Other then that the cruise ...

Great Ports. Weird Boat. Bad Leadership.

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. My travel buddy had never really been around California before, so we chose the itinerary with stops in San Francisco, Monterrey, San Diego, and Ensenada. I’ve been to LA, San Francisco, and San Diego before, and it was good to see them all again. First, some highlights about the cruise. We got to spend a LOT of time in most ports, which was ...

I am a Captains Circle member. My friend and I were on a cruise to mexico and unfortunately he could not make it. On the 5th day of the cruise Princess informed me that I owed an extra 600.00 dollars as I was now a "single." These clowns will do anything to make an extra buck. So for 600.00 they have lost two people who have cruised with Princess over 6 times. In addition the ...

Terrible Cruise

Let's start from the top. Embarking: The crew outside the ship was a horrible experience. I had a crew member get very hostile with my Uber driver all because he missed a no parking sign that quite frankly I couldn't even see (still don't know if it existed). He was literally flailing his arms inside the drivers car. Next was our luggage that I honestly could have carried on myself but I ...

An overnight in Cabo aboard the Ruby

We chose the Ruby Princess due to the date, sailing from LA, and going to Cabo. I also wanted to try a Princess Cruise as I had not previously sailed with them. We had a balcony room and the room itself was average, but with a slightly larger balcony. We would have enjoyed the balcony more had the weather cooperated, but I can't fault Mother Nature. The bed, on the other hand, was the worst ...
