All together my cruise was great. Our cabin steward Imade was excellent & very nice. Every crew member I encountered was polite and helpful. Plenty of food choices; went to Fahrenheit 55 steak house, food & service was excellent. Worst cruise we have ever been on. Food is terrible. Worse food I have ever had. Their soda package is terrible. You have to wait at the bars to get a can of soda - sometimes took upwards of 30 mins. This was our first cruise in about 10 years and we had both kids and older adults with us. We all had a great time at each port and I’d recommend the shore excursions we did through carnival. We were very pleased with the cruise BUT we always get a balcony and right below our balcony was a whirlpool with a very bright light that shined into our room all night. The pros: -The ship is new, beautiful, with many activities at any given time -The Serenity pool/bar area for adults only is large with plenty of loungers and sun beds.
