From the outset we were impressed. Our check in time was 1pm but arrived at 12pm.We were sitting at the Windjammer having lunch at 12.30pm I will start by talking about the size of the Voyager..Massive... 9 nights and did not see all of her..Hence the re booking for October this year.. There is so much going on it is hard to pick any one thing to do. The Royal promenade is a thing of beauty ...

EMBARKATION: Impressive - although there was a long line of people in the arrival lounge it moved freely and soon we were checking in with very efficient and friendly staff. 1st IMPRESSIONS: Impressive - being 1st time cruisers I have read a few recent reviews and was not expecting too much but was awestruck from the moment we stepped inside. Can't believe people from cruise before were ...

We stayed overnight from perth to sydney. We were in a hotel on george st., what should have been at the most $15 cab fare cost $25. Went down to voyager boarding day & were going to drop off cases & go for a wander around sydney, surprised to be on the ship 10a.m. excellant. My BIG complaint is I HAD when booked to pre pay tips BUT they decided who got the money, that is disgusting because i paid ...

We have just returned from a fantastic cruise on the Voyager of the Seas. We traveled as a group of eight family & friends and we all highly recommend this ship and all it has to offer. This cruise was chosen by a family member to celebrate a birthday so I booked without doing the usual research. After reading reviews of this ship I was anxious about what we had gotten ourselves into with ...

Embarkation: Our scheduled embarkation time was 1:30pm but we arrived quite early at 11am. We would have been happy to sit around and wait until our allocated time, but the staff were more than happy to let us board early and embarkation was extremely smooth. We were on board within about 15 minutes of walking into the terminal - very impressive and a good start to the cruise. We pretty much ...

We Travelled from Perth To Sydney, Stayed 1 night in a ordinary hotel But it was only 1 Night. This was my second trip on Voyager. My first RCCL cruise was on the Voyager of The Seas last October. In Sydney, The have staggered check in times, starting at 11.30am from the Top Deck and work down. Very cleaver as it saves the nightmare i had at Singapore in October. Our Boarding time was 12.30pm ...

Embarkation very quick and easy, we did arrive later as have learned from previous cruises there can be a lot of waiting around, this still happened!! unfortunately we arrived as they were having the safety drill and we had to wait for this to finish before we could board, no problem chairs were brought out and we waited, but the disappointed started, no embarkation photo as they decided to pack ...

We were asked to join our daughter and husband to celebrate her 30th Birthday on RCI Voyager of the Seas to Noumea and Lautoka for a ten day cruise. As I had lived in Fiji and not gone back for over 45years I was excited about this trip and decided to take with me a memorium for my late dad who set up the Fiji Electricity Authority back in the 60s in both Suva and Lautoka. We travelled from ...

I wrote this pretty much as we went, please forgive the tense irregularities! Embarkation was very good. We arrived at the port at 11:00 and were stepping aboard by 11:35. Some lineups but handled very well and quickly. We headed up to the Windjammer to have some lunch and were joined by some people from the roll call. Very nice choices for lunch including the famed Honey Stung Chicken (it looked ...

We sailed on Voyager on the 9 night cruise to Noumea and Lautoka. Due to mechanical problems in Noumea, we were unable to sail on to Fiji. (More about this later). According to staff at the Meet and Mingle, there were 3400 passengers on board. Surprisingly, the ship never felt crowded and queues were rare, and fast moving. On several occasions I looked down into the Promenade to only see ...
