We flew to Sydney and went straight from the early morning flight to the ship. Had to wait about 15 minutes before boarding started.
Rooms were not available until after 1pm and they close access doors to the corridors, so you need to carry around your carry on. A couple of bottles of wine are allowed so that a bonus compared to what we are used too.
Other reviews have said its very 'Las Vegas' ...
Yeah embarkation took a little time but the line moved well. The ship itself was impeccable regard cleanliness, the food in all free restaurants was great and in particular dinner selections were very good and the quality was excellent we were lucky enough to be on the top floor of the dinning room during the 6:00pm sitting but apparently the young children were feed on the bottom floor and it may ...

Embarkation
I was dropped off at Circular Quay by a family member. I dropped off my 2 pieces of luggage at the bottom of the escalators which was easy and proceeded to line up to embark the ship. Embarkation took over one and a half hours at Circular Quay and with an energetic 4 year old boy, as a single mum ...

We went on the Voyager of the Seas on the 13 January 2013 for 14 nights.
It was our sixth RCI cruise.
The ship was fabulous, we have sailed on the Freedom of The Seas before and the Voyager was not far behind it. After reading all of the reviews about the Voyager I thought I was getting onto a ship that was falling apart, but I found it to be in great condition.
Embarkation was great took ...
Bare with me as I'm not good at writing. So this review will be more in points.
Embarkation:
As a wheelchair user, I had been told that Myself and my hubby could check-in early, but we encountered one rude member of staff who was at the check-in line, who in no uncertain terms told us we had to come back at the time on the boarding passes. She wasnt going to let us through! So we left, and ...
My family (2 adults, 2 kids -6 year old and 3 year old) loved this cruise.
Cabin - we were on deck 10 which was lovely even though we were probably in the cheapest room we got the same steward as the suites opposite which was nice as they provided amazing service and the earlier check in for the higher deck we another bonus. New flat screen tv was great. Yes the room was tight but you get ...
We are from Topeka, Kansas. This was our tenth cruise, the sixth consecutive on Royal Caribbean. The earlier ones were to the Baltic in 2011 and New England/Canada in 2012, on the Jewel; the Mediterranean and Panama both on the Brilliance; and on the Oasis in 2010.
We, as anyone should, cruise for the destination (Australia and New Zealand), so from that perspective, the cruise was certainly an ...
When we first boarded this beauty, I thought WOW. The ship is beautifully set out and the 3000+ passengers were swallowed up by the size of the vessel. Lining up for anything was not a problem with the exception of the Australia Day BBQ where guests were waiting up to one and a half hours to get their meals. In saying this, there were plenty of other options for guests to dine. I found the ...
My husband two teenage daughters and myself sailed from Sydney on 13 January 2013. My husband and I went on Voyager's 1 night cruise from Sydney in November 2012 and we were very much looking forward to our 14 night cruise.
This cruise was my 8th cruise and my second with Royal Carribean.
We boarded the ship quickly in Sydney and were soon looking around the ship.
Voyager is a nice big ship ...
