Not again with MSC
"The room smells bad for the cruise duration and they didn't manage to resolve it.Even excursion packages were at an overrated price, you can find better price and fastest service outside the ship...."Read More

This cruise ship and the staff are the best. They are professional in every way. My wife and I booked this cruise for our anniversary. Smooth process from day one of booking. We dined every night at the Manhattan. Food was great I have no complaints. Our server Marvin was polite and made sure we were taken good care of. The complete staff in the Manhattan restaurant went above and beyond. The ship ...

Ok so I had a fun time on this cruise but I have some things I think they should fix. Number 1 the elevators.OMG when the go there there is a screen pad the the deck numbers and when you click it they tell you which elevator to go to it’s A B C or D and the waits for the elevators to come to your floor are so unnecessarily long I’d say your waiting time for an elevator would be 5-10 minutes ...

7 day cruise on MSC Seashore March 17-24, 2024 For background we are a couple around 70 years old. Have cruised about 15 times on several lines so not novices, but not super cruisers. Overall we had a good time, but many aspects of this cruise were confusing. We do not plan to cruise with MSC again. First of all, the good. Embarkation was smooth and quick. Cabin was good as most. ...

It looks good and I have been on MSC cruise before and the price was good .so in return MSC greed use bad quality food to make up what a stupid strategy. More then few people on the ship felt the same I did We went with our friends 3 time to the Dinning room and stopped after anything to do with meat is uneatable. Staff are not friendly. Very rare to see a smile the only kind and friendly staff ...

I've been on MSC in the Mediterranean before (Poesia), as well as Princess, Costa and other, smaller cruise lines. I'm a 40+ European and used to work on Princess Cruises in the Carribean and Alaska as a waiter some years ago. I have a decent idea of how things work on the ship and also of differences between cruising in the US and in Europe. I'm a massive fan of cruises and follow very closely ...

We have cruised Carnival, NCL and Disney and always wonder about MSC. We always saw the ship in ports and they looked stunning from other cruises. Pro - beautiful ship, room attendant Con - lacked elevators considering the size, we felt bad for those with ADA needs. Horrible dining food, worst we had on a cruise, glad we paid for specialty dining for two nights. We did the steakhouse, ...

I have done many cruises on varying cruise lines. Took MSC Davina many years ago and it was great. This MSC cruise was a totally different experience. The customer service was horrible. Could only find one bar that I could sit down with my family and get bar service. The rest of the ship you had to go up to the bar and get your drinks yourself. The food in the dining room was terrible. The ...

We were so excited to go on this cruise and don't get me wrong, we still had a great time but were disappointed in some aspects. Pros: Clean, new ship. Everything was modern and kept very well. We had a balcony room and were so happy to have made this upgrade. Doremiland (kids) was great too, this is our first time going with our son so I have nothing to compare it to. Cons: Food quality was ...

My husband, daughter, and ten-year-old granddaughter and I just disembarked from the March 3 sailing of the MSC Seashore. We are experienced cruises (25+) with about 8 MSC cruises. Embarkation: We arrived a bit too early and had to wait outside the terminal (my fault.) Once in the terminal, the procedure went quickly. I wish MSC would require credit card authorization at this point rather than ...
