Booked this trip for July 2023 because of the great itinerary. The Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabins were clean and the ship was nice. We booked this cruise as a large group with my family and unfortunately all of us had the same horrible experience. First time to the Arctic and we highly recommend it. This ship was very clean and the staff were fantastic! Lack of communication when we had a shuttle into town available.
