This was our 20th Celebrity cruise, we are Elite Plus Captain's Club members and this was probably one of our most disappointing Celebrity cruises.
Overall the food and service was not nearly as good as in the past and also the lack of enforcement of dress code in the Main Dining Room as well as Captain Club events really put a sour taste in our mouths.

This was our third trip to Bermuda and we loved every minute of it. We had a room with a veranda on the starboard side and were treated to a great view of the island and the beautiful welcoming wharf. This is the third year in a row that we have taken this cruise to Bermuda. Obviously we enjoy it and this year was no exception. We are able to drive to the port and take advantage of the parking. I have taken a few cruises on Celebrity before this cruise on the Summit. My overall impression is that Celebrity is still good but they have cut back on many items. They care more about and care more for the Aqua Class and above people. The main dining room is still good but the portions are smaller and the staff has been reduced so they work much harder.

We were very happy with Celebrity and the Summit. Although she is an older ship, there were no real issues with the age. If you look, you will easily find signs of rust, cracked tiles, etc, but in no way did it detract from our enjoyment of our Bermuda cruise.
