We have now been on five cruises with Norwegian and have enjoyed all of them. We visited some really interesting places on this cruise, and the excursions (all booked through Norwegian) were excellent.

We enjoyed a superb 12 day Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona to Venice on the NCL Spirit in Sep 2015. We had been planning to take this type of cruise for over 5 years for a 40th anniversary and two things caused NCL to win over the competition:

The Classic Mediterranean itinerary was the deciding factor for us. The ship is older, but acceptable. The cabin crew were great, and kept things tidy. More than once, I found glass on the balcony, clearly from cleaning the decks above.
