Man, such a crappy cruise line. We have cruised with Royal 3 times and had no issues whatsoever. I don’t even know where to begin with this one. The boat itself was so underwhelming (the Epic one). Very few hottubs and pools, one of the 2 pools was always out of order, hottubs (4) were never hot. Not enough for 4,000 people anyhow. No frills either. Upon arrival into our stateroom we could immediately smell black mold and the floor was soaked. We called several times to housekeeping to fix it.
