We had been on the Breeze before and loved her so we decided to sail her once again but we went with a different itinerary. The Southern Caribbean itinerary was absolutely beautiful!
The Breeze is great! We love the size of the ship and all of the activities offered. The food is always great and we love the options at any time of day. From Guys Burgers and Blue Iguana, to late night Pizza or ...
Overall we had a wonderful time on the Breeze. We've only sailed on older Carnival ships before, so the Breeze with it's toned down décor & multiple dining options was definitely an improvement from other sailings. Our cabin steward(ess) Diana took excellent care of us from the moment we boarded. Dining room staff was equally as wonderful, Fritz was an awesome server & the food was overall very ...
First let me say, I will and plan to cruise Carnival again soon.
I can only speak about what me and my wife experienced on this cruise, I read many reviews and don't agree with all of them. 7th cruise, last 2 with carnival, were in our early 50s
First, Embarkment, it took about a hour and a half to get on the ship, I did expect it, so it didn't bother me, patients on a cruise is key.
Next ...
My son (7 yo), mother (early 60’s) and I (36) cruised on the Carnival Breeze January 10-16, Western Caribbean itinerary. I’ll go into a lot of detail about what I thought was good/not so great about this cruise but overall, we had a wonderful time! The Breeze is a very nice ship with lots of activities to keep all of us busy. Our balcony cabin was nice, basic but clean and comfortable. The ship ...
We went on the 8 day cruise out of Miami going to St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Thomas (USVI), and Amber Cove (Dominican Republic). There were long lines to get on the ship, but they went pretty fast. We had rented a car from Thrifty and returned it to the airport location that provides a free shuttle to/from the port. Overall we had a great time. We played bingo and trivia (finally got a ship on a ...
This wasn't my first cruise. For Carnival Cruise Line I am a Gold member with 2 to go to get to Diamond status. In addition to Carnival, I've been on Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. About 18 cruises total. My family and I flew down to Florida a day before the cruise which turned out to be a great way to go. No stress about getting to the pier on time. We flew into FLL airport and stayed overnight ...
I traveled on the Breeze with my husband and 2 sons ages 9 and 14 over the New Year holiday. This is our 5th cruise, 4th as a family. We had a great vacation, the negatives were things that we probably wouldn't have necessarily taken note of if we hadn't cruised several times before and so realized some things about this cruise came up short in comparison.
Pre-Cruise Hotel: We flew into Miami ...
Loved every aspect of the cruise.
This was the third time cruising over New Year's and it was the most fun party.
Food choices on the ship were great - every lunch was at Tandoor and the Blue Iguana Cantina for fish tacos. Flavours were much more intense than I expected - in a very good way. Scones at tea time were not really a proper British scone, but the cakes, treats and sandwiches made ...
This sure was a cruise to remember. I have sailed on the Carnival Valor and Carnival Victory. These were beautiful, amazing, spacious ships, but the Breeze opened up my eyes. The new airy, caribbean vibe thorough the ship was very nice and the atrium is very elegant. The ship felt more relaxing and calm than partying Vegas casino that some of the other Carnival ship interiors remind me of. The ...
The Carnival Breeze was overall a great ship. Out of all the other ships from Carnival, this one was by far on of the best. This ship a total of 14 floors I believe. On floors 1&2 were rooms. On floor 3 there was the Guest Services, Shore Excursions desk, and main lobby/atrium. On the 4th floor, there was the photo gallery, a dining room (Sapphire), the arcade, and the 2 kids clubs, Club o2 and ...
