There were a few glitches with our experience. Our group of 10 all bought beverage packages - for our entire trip one of the freestyle machines was out of service in windjammer, and at various times, other machines were out of service or out of sodas throughout the ship. 2 members of our group went for the volleyball tournament and after warming up for 1 hour with other guests were denied being ...

Glad I cruised but...

Glad I went but won't be going again soon. The staff was friendly, the ship was very clean, the food was plentiful, the activities were fun, the shows were entertaining. A great ship for families! Self-serve ice-cream next to the pool! I was worried about the noise level if I had booked a room close to the elevator. I don't think this wouldn't have been a problem. My complaint is all ...

I chose this cruise because the ship was new. The overall cruise was too short. I will probably not choose 4 day cruises again. The ship was nice, but not as nice as other new ships I've been on. The rooms were very small for a new ship. I guess the newer the ship the more cabins they try to cram in. The hallways were very narrow. There was a lot of over billing so make sure you review your ...

Overall we were very impressed! If you like balconies I strongly recommend those rooms. I was super impressed with how quiet the rooms were once you are in one. We couldn't hear the people next to us which was wonderful since I'm such a light sleeper and worried about privacy and quietness at night. Bermuda was awesome but one day in Bermuda was not enough!!! We really would've liked one more ...

Overall, this was a great cruise and ship. It's been years since I've cruised and I'm impressed with the innovations. I've been on Carnival and Royal and this was my fourth cruise. Here are the details: Check-in: A breeze. We drove from Staten Island to the Bayonne parking garage - 15 minutes tops. The parking is $20 a day ($80 total). There is a shuttle that will take you to an offsite ...

This was a great ship with great service. The food was outstanding no matter where. We ate the chic restaurant along with the Windjammer. This ship has great at work all over. I spent a lot of my time just taking pictures. There were so many things to do we had three and four things to see at once. We did not get back to our room until 12 am. We were tired but happy with all the activities ...

Plenty of food, none of it good.

My first cruise. Having always heard people rave about cruise food, I was disappointed. The main dining rooms food was average, service was excellent, atmosphere awful, it was SO loud I could not carry on a conversation with my table mates much less understand our servers. Cafe 270 food was inedible, disgusting. (see pic). The Windjammer buffet was mostly edible but I was never able to visit ...

The cruise ship was huge - way too many people. The service in the dining room for dinner was fantastic! Our stateroom attendant was great too! If you want to be able to take part in additional activities on the ship, book early as they are already gone by the time you sail. And the elevators - oh my did we have to wait all the time for an elevator. We took the steps whenever possible but had ...

This was our secund cruise in 2017 (28th cruise overall) wonderfull experience! Ship is amaising and staff and service was fantastic. No waiting lines at the buffet, food is tasty and every staff member is friendly. Did not go to the dining room this cruise but had lunch to specialty restaurants every night and at lunch time also: awesome! Activities on the ship were pleasant and not ...

Royal Caribbean is the Best!

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

We were looking for a cruise on a large and modern ship from a port in the North (we usually sail from FL in the winter). Anthem was a thoroughly modern ship with more amenities than we could use on our 4 day cruise. The crew were amazing and we had a blast! Our only regret was not having more time. We'd recommend this ship and RCI to anyone thinking of a cruise vacation. A 5 star rating ...
