Rhapsody of the Seas review
"We chose the cruise for the destinations. Which on 50% of the time was as expected. The others were not as advertised. We had to pay extra to get into the local towns, even when using their shuttle services. In..."Read More

I will start by saying this was my 6th cruise overall but my first with Royal Caribbean. I have cruised 3 times with Carnival and twice on Disney. My cruise on Royal Caribbean was gifted to me by a wonderful organization. Let’s start with the refreshment package. They charge $29.89 a day (after gratuity) for use of 3 soda dispensing machines, bottled water at the bar or specialty coffee. ...

We just went on this ship in September 2019. I have sailed on many cruise ships and this one, in particular, showed its age and wear and tear. So many things not working and broken on the ship. My suggestion to Royal Carribean is to remodel this ship. It is so outdated. I can rant and rave but that's, not my purpose. The food in comparison to other cruises I have had with Royal Carribean was ...

Good food. That's the positives out of the way. Rooms small. Accommodation deck stank of poo. Shows were god-awful ending with a finale of a guy on a bmx bike cycling round in circles. Utterly naff. Busy ship with nowhere to chill out without others stepping on your toes. Mediterranean cruise so why were subjected to Caribbean music every day? Felt like we were given a hard sell all the time. Pool ...

Especially as a Holiday / Christmas cruise, this was completely disappointing. Decorations are basically one christmas tree. Shows and musicians were all "canned" performances with no christmas theme. Food was pathetic as well as the handling and preparation. I understand how so many contracts ecoli. The first 2 days the food in the main dining room tasted like ...

We have cruised many, times since last choosing RCI. In fact the last time was around 35 years ago. Since then we have travelled with P&O,H&L,Celebrity and many others of the same calibre. This was our third cruise in 2018. We chose this cruise as part of a package put together by IGLU to encompass Lake garda as the starting point and a transfer to Venice to pick up the ship. We had ...

We're a group of 24 friends and family on the Rhapshody of the Seas and I have to let you all know Royal Caribbean has lowered there standards a loyalty to their customers. The straw that broke the camels back was a tours we booked with Royal Carrebean are not worth the money they are charging. First they take forever to put you on a water taxi or bus to start your excursions. This is the ...

This cruise was booked as part of our package holiday through Cruise 1st. The ship desperately needs refurbishment all round! When we sat having breakfast or lunch in the Windjammer, there was pools of water on some of the window sills that never seemed to be dealt with. Most of the food was inedible either in the windjammer or main dining. At the evening sitting. our service was very ...

My husband has Parkinson's and uses a scooter and we thought that this would be a relaxing fun getaway! Boy, were we wrong! The food was terrible, in the dining room and if they hadn't had fresh prepared eggs for breakfast in the buffet, I wouldn't have found anything to eat!! Everything was a hassle, from the first night in the My Time Dining room, when we were run around the entire room, with ...
