We selected Harmnony because of all the activities they have, understanding that as a mega ship there would be a lot of people - BUT having a lot of people and knowing how to serve them are two different things - and on this particular outing - i can absolutely say that the ship staff was ill equipped to manage.
Long lines for everything. Spa check was a disaster of epic proportion. Shore ...
Royal Caribbean is the best cruise line, I've been in 4 of their different cruises (Freedom of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, and the latest Harmony of the Seas).
I would never choose another cruise line, it has activities for everyone, the food is amazing, service is excelent.
Shows onboard the ships are the most amazing quality, activities are different every day and ...
Reason for taking this cruise was to try the largest cruise ship. Never again.
Small State Room; refrigerator, sink, ice bucket. Too many passengers. Long lines everywhere. Not able to get anyone to answer phone when calling different departments. Too noisy, "Constant" Public Addresses about "nothing". The Windjammer too crowded with too small tables and lousy access. Plenty food, but ...
We had a family honeymoon to celebrate and a friend pointed us to the deal advertised on the internet.
Apart from the inevitable line ups to get on board, the entire experience was a great big smile from the moment you step foot on board. Right away you are treated to the best quality buffet, with wonderful and genuine staff. You really feel that they are enjoying themselves in providing top ...
Although I had a previous experience on a cruise (I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico and have traveled in this way to the Dominican Republic), I had never done it in a class like the Harmony Of The Seas.
Both the experience with the shipping company, Royal Caribbean, and the ship itself, was incredible.
The perfect food in quality and quantity (too much !!). At all times, of all kinds. On ...
My husband and I really enjoy cruises and have been on a few, including Royal Caribbean ones.
Last time we went for New Year's 2015 on Quantum of the Seas, back when it was the largest ship in the world (did the same back then with Freedom) and Quantum was an amazing experience and the best cruise we've been so far (still is).
So we expected that Harmony, being the current largest and newest ...
I would highly recommend this cruise to others. The entertainment was very good. It was always easy to find something fun to do even when the weather wasn't good. The first few days were stormy so the ship rocked back and forth more than I thought it would being such a big ship. We had a really good time at all the ports participating in royal caribbean excursions. The main dinning room food ...
From start to finish I had a good time
On board, I met up with 81 family & friends, we where all hear for my unclue 90th birthday.
We booked different room to meet in, we had a part of the dining room just for us so we could all sit and eat together.
And still had time for the onboard entertainment, the shows, the pools, the rock climbing, flow riders, zip line and so much more, there ...
I wanted to go on Harmony Of the Seas for my 70th Birthday. The ship is beautiful. The cabin was decorated for my birthday and a beautiful birthday cake and robes were sent by our children. I have been on Oasis, Allure and now The Harmony of the Seas. The addition of the “Costal Kitchen “ and the Concierges made our trip perfect. Raj and Mohaman were wonderful. Royal gave me $50 toward a Spa ...
We have older grandkids and the Harmony of the Seas seemed to offer a lot more activities on the ship than others. The shows offered were wonderful.
The complaints were that we were not told on the Blue Hole excursion until we got into our trip that we needed water shoes. It wasn't in the description at all or on the ticket.
The other complaint that I had was that I was allowed to book ...
