My wife and I were invited to join a group of 8 other family members to go on this cruise. Because of my previous experience on a cruise, I was not really interested. My wife convinced me that because it is with family that we needed to go.
Let me start by saying one very important thing: GENIE!
While we were planning for this trip we had the pleasure of emailing with a gentleman by the ...
We had already sailed on the Oasis and thought we would try the Harmony. It’s slightly bigger and was still in a shake down mode while we were there. Service was Ok didn’t like Jamie’s restaurant. Rough weather so the water shows were cancelled a lot. Entertainment was OK. The ports were good. I don’t think we will do the mega ships again. They are great for families with kids, lots of ...
After reading lots of reviews we decided to buy, it was worth it. Harmony is a massive, impressive ship with everything you would like to have on a cruise. Everything for everybody, we were a group of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) on two staterooms, but everyone had fun. Children has lots of activities, specially designed Adventure Ocean is by far the best kids activity center on a ship, besides ...
Harmony of the Seas currently been the largest cruise ship at sea. Its size offers the best overall experiences at sea. The food at Central park is amazing; you can get to try them with a dining package which is a decent deal. Main dining room however can be crowded and the personalized service is not really possible. Cabin is very good; the attendant is very friendly, helpful and willing to go ...
There were 5 of us on this cruise and we picked it because we wanted to go on the biggest and one of the newest RCCL ship. Food is great. Try Wonderland, one of the best dinner experiences we have ever had on land or sea. Ask for Schubert to be your waiter, unbelievable personality and professionalism. MDR food was very good but we like to experience the specialty restaurants also. All the food is ...
We took our grown children on their first cruise! They were very impressed! They hope to do more in the future.
What stood out the most was our dining experience. We were at table #317 and had HADI as our head waiter and Yadav as our assistant waiter. HADI went above and beyond with his knowledge and suggestions for our dining time. You would never know that this was his first week on ...
I was a mariner in my youth working on cargo ship. I went with my grandson and my daughter, who are previous cruisers. It took some convincing to get me to go; It was absolutely the best she could do for me. Stunning ship, great crew and experience behind my imagination. It is not only the cruise itself, it is the ship. The ship is so technologically advanced and to go to see it behind the scene ...
We are experienced cruisers and have previously sailed on Oasis of the Seas, so we were eager to try Harmony. It was very similar to Oasis but several years newer. The promenade on deck 5 was the site of a large parade as well as dance parties, in addition to the shopping, food locations and bars. The Boardwalk had a Starbucks where Oasis had an ice cream parlor and I thought the ice cream ...
Embarkation & disembarkation was fast & well organized. Come prepared with all documentation needed and all will go smoothly.
The ship is beautiful and was festively decorated for Christmas. It is so large that we never felt crowded. They emphasize on cleanliness so there are hand sanitizers everywhere. Which I think is a great idea considering all the germs out there.
We stayed in cabin ...
Went on this cruise with close family friends. Cruise was fully booked Had a blast!! At times you could tell how many were sailing with us, but for the most part it wasn't bad. I really enjoyed the shows Grease and The Fine Line. Dining experience in Grande was very pleasurable, maitre'd' was very welcoming every night. The outdoor activity crew also made the cruise enjoyable for those who like ...
