This was our first cruise with MSC, having previously cruised with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean. The Seaside is a beautiful ship and we had a great cruise, but MSC do fall short in some critical areas.

Our stateroom was spacious and clean. The beds are super comfy. This was the best part of our trip.

With all the negative reviews we were scared, but did it anyway. The ship is amazing and beautiful. We saw so many reviews of the staff being horrible, but they were amazing. From arrival at the Port of Miami until departure we had such an amazing experience with only a few little hiccups. Travelled with family, including my 10 and 9 year old children.
Embarkation was a breeze, arrived just before 11am and was onboard by 1130/1145 hours.
