This was our second cruise, we were not actually dissappointed with the ship itself, it was the was it was run.

I suppose we had high expectations from going on a Carnival ship previously, however we thought RCCL would be similar.....wrong.

See below the "Review" that I sent to RCCL, I would think that with our issues they would have responded by now, hence I gave them a chance before posting this review.

Cabin Review

Family Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin FO

Cabin was well set out, the smaller room with the bunks was great for kids. the room was a little tired and other than the flat screen TV was not modern at all. The location was good, the lifts were around the corner, there was no noise from outside the rooms. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. Bathroom was small but practical, there was plenty of storage, however under the bed could be about 2" higher to accommodate larger bags.
