First let me say the only neg. thing was that the gratuities are a little steep and on every thing. My Sister in law bought the wine package and had a very high gratuity as well as my Wife bought 2 cook books and that was very high also.

Getting on the ship was a breeze got to the port at 11:30 was on the ship at noon, but couldn't get to our rooms till 1:30. no real big problem. The cabin was great had enough room for all our stuff. The 1st day at sea was great met our waiter John and AL, these guys went above and beyond in every way, great service and just two of the nicest people, we found out that Johns birthday was during the cruise and had the table sing Happy Birthday to him, I think we embarrassed him. Medic was our Head Waiter a very nice fellow in his own right. The food was amazing every night was excellent, we had lobster tails one night and John came and was alarmed that my wife took the meat out of the shell before he could do it, what service. The guys making the omelette to order on the windjammer deck are awesome doing 3 omelettes at a time and they tasted fantastic.

The ship was showing a little of her age, but was spotless and obviously well maintained, a beautiful ship , going in for a complete face lift in Dec.
