Embarkation was slow because their computer system went down. Debarkation was the quickest I've ever seen as long as you're good with wheeling your own bag(s) off yourself.

Didn't like the way they made you sit with other people for breakfast & lunch if you wanted to go formal. Serving sizes were a bit on the small side and service was SLOW and had to ask for things multiple times, despite multiple people standing around. That led us to eat more of these meals in the Windjammer...which had a very nice selection of food.

Dinner in the Tides was EXCELLENT. We got switched from 8:30 to 6pm seating and Janet Jackson in the host area got our group of 9 the captain's table (455). Props to her for such a wonderful seating. Our waiters Mircea & Ivan were amazing ...very knowledgable and attentive. All around great guys. Meals at dinner were very good too.

Nice view, very accessible to ship but a bit cramped for two adults and a child
