This was our worst cruise ever. Our second Pride of America Hawaii cruise was even worse than our first. This is a great way to see Hawaii, but I doubt we will try it again.
We had no cabin service at all our first two days, and only then after making three phone calls and three visits to Guest Services. Finally we lucked into meeting a Guest Services supervisor, who got involved and after he made three phone calls, a Cabin Supervisor cleaned our cabin himself at 9:00 p.m. Even after that, cabin service was very spotty; i.e., no Kleenex three days, trash not emptied, odd assortment of towels, etc.
The Liberty Dining Room was average. Our food was good, but service ranged from excellent some nights to very poor on others. We eventually learned to ask for certain waiters, which was very helpful.
Small cabin with good view, nice balcony, more than adequate storage space. Very quiet.
