Sail Date: Jun 2005
Traveled with children

We sailed on the Disney Wonder and I can't tell you what a wonderful experience we had. We arrived in Port Canaveral around 1:00 (we had been staying in Disney World and were bussed from that point). Check in was a breeze (providing that you had all of your documents completed, which you should do at home) and we were up at the Beach Blanket Buffet eating lunch by 1:30. Food was plentiful and very tasty.

We had an ocean view stateroom, and I can tell you that our window was large (not just a tiny porthole). We watched the ship sail away, and then got ready for dinner.

We had early seating, which means either 5:45, 6:00 or 6:15, which they just changed to in order to avoid everyone coming to dinner at 6:00. I can't tell you how great our server and assistant server were (JoJo and Evandro). They made us feel welcome, and above all they treated our 10 year old daughter like she the most special child on board. They teased her and did magic tricks and napkin folding with her. She giggled the entire time (in fact she cried all the way home, because she was going to miss them so much!).
