I must say, having been first time Cruisers with our 2 children, aged 3 and 11, i was extremely skeptical prior to boarding due to the disappointing reviews i was reading months prior to us leaving. Lucky for me i am extremely open minded....I have nothing but positive things to recap with Royal Carribbean's Rhapsody of the Seas. Our Cruise was for 18 nights from Sydney through the Trans-Pacific Islands and disembarking in Honolulu.Boarding the ship in Sydney was an absolute Breeze. The whole process of checking our boarding passes through to Passport clearance took us around 45 minutes, extremely well organised i must add, seeing as though there was well over 2000 people boarding that day.My Time Dining for us was'nt really an option, seeing as though we had a 3 year old that just cant sit still, we did eat there on the few occasions and it was lovely, the Waiters are fantastic and extremely attentive. Always looking to make your Cruise experience a positive one, so they don't mind going the extra mile if requested. The Windjammer Cafe? Brilliant! Sooooooo much food all the time! And always so fresh! And always so much variety aswell! We ate at the Windjammer for the majority of our Cruise....excellent service, the waiters are awesome, especially with the kids, so friendly. The Adventure Ocean Programme? These guys made our cruise! Lets just say we never really saw our children at all, our 11 year old had a 12am curfew and was off with a bunch of friends joining in the various activities they had arranged for that age group, and our 3 year old absolutely LOVED the Kids Club that it was even a STRUGGLE to pick her up at 10pm for Bedtime.....she just never wanted to LEAVE! The staff in the Kids Club are absolutely amazing, and if they ever read this review, might i just add many thanks again for enlightening our childrens cruise experience X 1000. Its now 3 weeks since we desembarked and they are STILL talking about how fantastic you all are! There are many different activities throughout the day to participate in, from Bingo to craft classes, Nintendo WII sports competitions, pool volley ball comps, dance classes,Quiz's, Belly flop competitions (which my Husband won. So if you are reading this and were on the same Cruise, yes, you know who i am...lol!) The Cruise Director Luke and his sidekick Patrick were also fabulous and incredibly humorous and entertaining. A bunch of laughs all the time.Nothing but positive feedback here! We had an absolute HOOT on this cruise, 18 days of fun in the sun and BLISS! Looking forward to our next!......(My advice to all the negative reviews in which i read prior to boarding which left me ever so skeptical?Stop looking at things to nitpick at and lighten up? Your on HOLIDAY, relax, chill out, dont stress over the little things, nothing is ever going to be perfect....because nobody is.)I hope this review helps....especially those travelling with children. Rhapsody of the Seas? Yep. We are WRAPPED!

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin M

Deck 8 cabin 8031. Large enough for a family of 4, we only slept in the cabin....always clean and tidy, all the time. Our room attendant, if could remember his name, he was fabulous. Our room was spotless all the time. Thanks again!
