Sail Date: Jun 2013
Cabin: Balcony

From the oppressive decor ( more like a mausoleum than a fun ship ) to the absence of interaction with entertainment and other senior staff.

We also stayed on for the following cruise from Dover to Northern Europe and back to Dover.

Other than the cruise director was John and not Brent (yes, Brent was very poor in the role and obviously had issues with Calvyn, his assistant ), nothing was different on the 2nd cruise. No effort was made to change even the few movies that were shown on the first cruise, the menu was exactly the same and many of the trivia questions were repeated too.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8D

5135Excellent balcony cabin, plenty of space (even in the bathroom ), storage, very comfortable bed, near stairs/lifts, very quiet . Great cabin and cabin steward. Probably the best part of the carnival legend cruises we took was this sanctuary.
