From the moment we boarded we knew this would be an experience like no other, and talking to other passengers everyone felt exactly the same.

We had a junior suite with none of the extras as discussed on the website - eventually asking for dressing gowns. Cruise information on excursions was non existent and we were told to look it up on the internet if we wanted basic information (eg. how far to the golf course at Pago Pago,) by a surly individual. Prices in the duty free shops were immediately increased by 20% the next day out from Honolulu - you are now in Australian waters !! Downtrodden staff which seemed to be ruled harshly by bureaucratic overtones. Cruise director a 'selfie' and rather didactic in his relaying of why we would be unable to have streamlined satellite to watch the AFL Grand Final - fortunately we were able to watch it.
