Our Disney cruise was a four day cruise; it stopped in Nassau. The embarkation was terrible. My son was allowed on the cruise with his birth certificate, but my daughter who is an American Citizen (adopted from China) was not allowed on with her birth certificate even though she had one (raised seal, etc.) from the state where we live. After much harassment, and after a faxed copy of her Naturalization Card was sent from our state to Florida, we were finally allowed on 15 minutes before the ship sailed. To say that the staff was rude was an understatement. After boarding the ship and calming down, we ate dinner (could have been better) in one of the four main restaurants. The second day was a day at sea where we relaxed. The kids spent time at camp which they seemed to enjoy very much.
The ship was beautiful and the staff on the ship were very nice. The 3rd day we arrived in Nassau. We stayed on the ship which was actually very nice since we had the pools to ourselves. The stop at Castaway Cay was the highlight of the trip.
Overall, the best things about the trip were the camps for the kids, the adult only restaurant and the entertainment (the shows were great). The food in the main restaurants was fairly good but not exceptional.
