We have been on 45 cruises, and unfortunately the Wonder was our 40th and our worst. We complained for 5 nights to get some heat in our room (remember this is Alaska!). We got it the last night at sea.

The music in the dinning room split our ears to the point our waiter could not understand us as we yelled at him. It took a half-hour to get it turned down because it was managed in a control booth six decks up and 300 feet toward the front of the ship...every thing is micro-managed to the point of stiffling. The manager of the passenger services desk where we complained was curt and obnoxious.

We booked their bus from the ship to the airport that had nothing but advertisements about Disney this-and-that. We would have liked a commentary about beautiful Vancouver, BC on the way, but the driver said he was forbidden from doing it, unlike other bus rides we've had on other cruise lines. There were a number of other incidents that led us to believe these people are rank amateurs with nothing but dollar signes in their eyes when compared to other cruise lines. In short, I would NEVER go on another Disney ship again!
