The food in the restaurant was very good and the wait staff (after our first night) were amazing. The ship is definitely showing its age in spite of the rehab in 2005. The Windjammer buffet does not have enough seats (but we rarely ate there) although we preferred to eat in the little cafe in the solarium or the restaurant.

Our stateroom (8152) was a Jr suite and roomy enough for the 3 of us but the decor was a time travel back to 1990. The bed was comfortable but we needed more pillows. Bring a multi-outlet extension cord as there are only 2 120v 3 prong outlets in the room and they are located across from the bed on the vanity. We needed the extension cord for my husbands cpap machine. The balcony was roomy and enjoyable. The room was very quiet even though we were only 1 floor below the pool deck.

The entertainment on the shop was good (especially the bands). Bingo had to be cancelled due to lack of participation, but the casino was nice. The seats in the theater were small for those of larger girth. The outdoor movie screen was broken for most of our trip.

The carpet was coming up next to the bed and was a bit musty. The room temperature was nice but sometimes warm. This room is a great choice because it's got the morning sun and is on the side of the ship that is always next to the port dock so you can see the port clearly from your room.
