We sailed from Long Beach to Catalina to Ensenada back to Long Beach the week of Christmas 2014. Everything went well and we all had a great time. Our servers were tired and obviously wishing they were home with their families, but we were treated very well. The only negative, besides the VERY choppy seas on Christmas Day (which was out of anyone's control), was the horribly planned, ridiculously long and tedious muster drill....COME ON CARNIVAL....seriously???? I'm pretty sure a fifth grader could figure out a better and more efficient way of handling this part of the cruise.
