With a few exceptions (all too insignificant to even mention), this was another fantastic HAL cruise for us - we had some mechanical problems that Captain Jan handled flawlessly and some rough seas that he also handled without a hitch. We were privileged to experience the new "Evening at Le Cirque" menu and found it to be mostly an improvement over the previous one. We found the DiveIn to be a good idea well executed. Our stateroom attendants, Hetut and Dani, were as good as any we have ever had previously. MDR food selections were generally good and quality of food delivered was above average. The Lido offerings were par for the course, but the personal service provided to us by Nia was absolutely the best. Our most memorable part of the cruise was our dinner in Canaletto - it was far and away the best we have ever had at Canaletto and one of the very best Italian meals I have ever had. In case you haven't figured it out - we thoroughly enjoyed our latest Noordam cruise and, God willin', hope to make several more before we're finished.
