First class Staff in Honolulu made embarkation a pleasure. It was obvious that they had had a lot of experience. Process was super efficient and stress free, even though we chose not of use services of a porter to shorten the queue. We were pleasantly surprised to find our cabin ready, with some of our luggage already delivered and to be directed to lunch at the Windjammer (5 pm departure).

We found outside cabin very comfortable and roomy, once we were organized with empty luggage under the bed, etc. Bathroom was small, however we freed up limited space by each having a hanging toiletry bag. Shampoo is in a dispenser in the small shower cubicle. However, you'll need to take your own hair conditioner and handcream. Also take your own travelling clothesline if you wish to do your own laundry, as we did, as there is no laundry on board and the one in the shower is very small.

We were not surprised to find many new staff on board, as this was a repositioning cruise from the ship's previous base at Galveston to the South Pacific and Asia. However, our cabin steward (new), our waiter and assistant waiter (new) all provided first class levels of service for the whole cruise.
