Having taken 7 cruises, this was our favorite. We are in our 50's. The ship is immaculate. The staff is incredibly helpful and happy. The entertainment at night was the best we have seen anywhere. Food very good but they only do souffle one night and lobster once. One lady was complaining about the plastic tongs in the buffet that they are hard to use. Give me a break! Portofino's well worth the extra money and highly recommend it . No waiting at all to embark or disembark. WE were on the Brilliance five years ago and noticed they don't have the huge fresh flower arrangements in the common areas any longer. Guess this is how they are keeping their price down. In Costa Rica we booked Oscar Brown Tours online and can't stress enough what a great day we had with him. The only lineup we had was for the bbq lunch in Panama by the pool. They have to figure something better for that or you have to be first in line. Hubby doesn't lineup so we did the Windjammer buffet. I think the soda card is too expensive so I stuck to lemonade and ice tea. I'm really trying to nit pick. Couldn't find anything wrong with RCCL and can't wait to travel with them again.
