We have been on the Pride previous to the 2.0 upgrades and it was just ok. This time my experience was much different. The upgrades added greatly to my experience. The food choices and quality were much better. The venues were a great addition. I would have liked to see "Pub Grub' offered in the Red Frog Pub though....

The room still is in need of some upgrades, like a flat screen TV. The toilet had a long delay and the light in the bathroom took forever to turn on.

The entertainment was the best I have ever experienced on any cruise I have taken. As, well as the entertainment staff. Although I didn't care for the new CD, Jase, the rest of the staff was great!

Cabin 4E

The room still is in need of some upgrades, like a flat screen TV. The TV was a big back tv and the color was bad, so it was hard to see certain things. We also could not order room service from the TV.

The toilet had a long delay and the light in the bathroom took forever to turn on.

Coldest fridge we have ever had on any cruise ship.

Port Reviews

Tampa

This was one of the faster embarkments that we have experienced. Great area around the port. Plenty of hotels, shops and restaurants. I would definitely sail out of this port again.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

We took a bus to a public beach, Sea Grape. We rented chairs, 2 for $15.00 for the day. We got drinks and used the facilities from Calico Jack's. Drinks were a little pricey, but good and the facilities were good. Can snorkel right of the beach. We took a bus back to the port and ate at Breeze's. The food was not great and the free wifi wasn't working. We ate outside and had a great view of the town. I would recommend to eat somewhere else though.

Aruba

Took the public bus for $2.30pp to Palm Beach. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day for $25.00. We ate a very good lunch and had some great drinks at Bugaloe's. Dunkin Donuts and a nice souvenir shop right on the pier. Great day!

St. Maarten

We took the water taxi over to Great Bay Beach. Once you get off the taxi we walked the boardwalk and settle to the right of the water taxi. they had the best chair/umbrella/drink deals and it was closer to the shops on Front street. We ate lunch and had drinks at Barefoot. Lunch was very good.
