We were part of a friends group to celebrate her 50th Birthday Party. Friends and family together and our first time out of Sydney. Previously cruised with P&O out of Brisbane. We had a suite 8514 with balcony, lounge and lovely bathroom. Our cabin staff was attentive and faultless. The service in general was very good especially in the dining room. Bar staff was often stretched and we had some issues with getting the champagne we were promised (we took the premium drinks package and were assured we could have "Chandon") however it was a few days into the cruise and after complaining that we were able to actually get this champagne.

My two complaints about the cruise were that there is no fresh milk on board, only long life milk which was a big disappointment when it came to ordering espresso coffee and cereal in the mornings. I guess this is the case for most cruises but nevertheless it was a shame as I hate this milk and then could not drink the coffee (another reason for purchasing the drink package!)

The second issue was the standard of the entertainment, maybe we were spoilt on P&O but the shows seemed to be very amateurish (some singers were consistantly off key and hard to take).
