Sail Date: Mar 2015
Cabin: Bed outside

This is our first and last time we use this ship. It its said to have been refurbished, but boy, does it need another one! DO NOT get a cabin on A or B deck from the reception backwards especially A73 - the vibration when the ship is sailing, especially at night, will literally vibrate you out of your bed, and that's on a clam sea day! So many people had to change their cabins, We were moved mid-ship after the first nigh, wow what a difference! The management made out as if it was the first time anyone had ever complained, only later when we talk to regular "Swans" did the warn us. Stay in the mid 20's to 50 number rooms. B desk is really noise too at the back as you are literally on top of the propeller shaft.

Staff made up for everything amazing service, always with a smile a credit to the ship.

FOOD - First time ever I lost weight, and this is my 28 cruise! so much is tinned food, and the menus is very poor, 3 start quality at the most, and often cold! Also, they ran out of a lot of stock! the saving was they have rib eye steak and chicken on the menu every day, that saved the day too!

Stay mid-ship, very small cabins and dated!
