Review of the Services And the ship over all is good. The ports of call were the most impressive qualities of the cruise. The excursions were well organised but could be achieved quite easily on your own steam for a fraction of the cost. Getting there was easy enough as planes were what was expected staff at airport on arrival could have been inside airport rather than outside but helped out well. Although Pathos airport is a checking out nightmare thompsons could straddle there buses to ensure quicker checks at gates etc.
Ship : whilst a little tired looking it is clean and well looked after - what it looses in style it makes up for with the quality of its staff and there works ethic - to prevent problems of infections controls are openly in place.
Activities: plenty to do and see the entertainment was very good and there were lots of options to choose from something for all tastes. Although the cruise director was a bit like Gladys from "hi de hi" which was annoying towards the end definitely felt a bit patronised by the repeated tannoy announcements that were aimed at elderly patrons but were degrading for younger ones.
Tired but exceptionally clean if on the compact side it was what was expected as not in all that much. Beds comfortable and clean cabin crew are fantastic exceptional service,
This port is a bit seedy but we were only embarking and dis embarking although Limassol itself looked better than the port. Which was what was found in all the resorts. However other cruises we have been on went directly into centres of resorts and this was a better experience for us.
