I read many reviews about Celebrity Solstice and many reviews leave me wondering what on earth people do on their cruise, maybe all day finding fault very anything they can?

Our second cruise on Solstice was as memorable and wonderful as the first, just over a year prior. Embarkation in Sydney was busy but efficient, it did not take long to board, the traffic jam at Circular Quay took far longer and not the fault of Celebrity. Our sail away from Sydney was damp, but wonderful.

Once again we had selected Concierge Class C1, we loved it before and loved it again with our aft facing stateroom (same as last time) quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our stateroom attendants were friendly and did a great job, extending themselves for special occasions we celebrated on board. The canapés were tasty and fresh, the room service very good and the variety of towel animals a lot of fun. Our fresh flowers courtesy of the stateroom attendants were beautiful. Read more
