THIS IS OUR 7TH CRUISE BUT FIRST WITH P&O. Ship is outstanding but evening theatre shows were disappointing with only one show every other night!!! Service in restaurant was very average and you waited up to 40 minutes to receive a glass of wine with your evening meal. The staff just didn't know what they were doing, had no customer service skills and were unfriendly at times, even abrupt with their responses at times! We were shocked!! The itinerary was amazing though and despite this we still had a lovely holiday. We didn't do any of the port excursions, we ventured out on our own. The travel from the airport to the ship was fine.
