Highly qualified, service-minded and pleasant crew. The meals (lunch and dinner) on board qualifying to at least 5 stars in the Michelin (have often enjoyed meals in quite many "chic" restaurants in France, but this really reached the top!) Bravo for the chef de cuisine of "France"! The Maître d'hôtel/purser was a very pleasant, extremely service-minded and elegant person of highest class there is. Thanks to these persons especially and of course to all the rest of the crew, this cruise became a true adventure for us passengers. This is without any doubt whatsoever a cruise/ship/company to be recommended and if this is the standard for all the ships of CroisiEurope, I can say nothing else but - CONGRATULATIONS!
