French Quarter was interesting.  Our guide was disinterested and disorganized, she lost half of our group, provided very little information.  Typically poor performance by Azamara land partner.

Was a tour to a plantation.  Long bus ride, with fairly good commentary enroute.  Guided tour of the plantation by it's docent was informative and excellent.

Restaurant was historic and interesting.  Food was representative and okay, not great.  Jazz by the restaurant's own band was really good.  A very pleasant evening

The tram through the rain forest was uninteresting.  Nature walk to anemic falls disappointing.  Exhibits pretty limited.  Not much else on offer.  Maybe better for real flora and fauna lovers.

Very short trip on a very unattractive commercial stretch of a canal, seeing practically nothing.  Guides more interested in humorous patter than in providing interesting information.

Visit to seaside bar for conch fritters, BBQ pork skewers, then hot sauce bar for extensive tasting, then Kermit's for key lime treats. All interesting.  Walking tour should have included passing by, and commentary on, some of the places of interest in the port area of the city.

What part of "No, we did not take an excursion", was giving you trouble? I also note that several of the line's shore excursions in other ports are missing from your list. Proper design of your questionnaire would be helpful to you and to me.

Puntarenas (Puerto Caldera)

Done badly - Web site hard to navigate, necessary information difficult to find, especially 

                    airport to ship arrangements and booking of shore excursions.- Many ship personnel, including managers, incompetent and unhelpful.
