From the very moment we booked the cruise we received top notch care from Viking. We were kept informed all the way through. Viking met us at the airport in Amsterdam and they walked us through the boarding process in Prague, Czech Republic when we left for home. The trip itself was wonderful, the staff on the boat was fun, friendly and because the boat was a smaller vessel then a big cruise ship we were able to personally meet so many people over dinner and on our tours. We have nothing but good to say about the experience. We were totally well taken care of the whole way! Thank you Viking!!
