This was our first time on the Carnival Valor. My husband's first cruise and he didn't want to come home. He is already planning our next cruise, he was so impressed. The waiters, and housekeeping staff really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every night when we went to our room after dinner, our cabin steward Nancy, would make us an animal out of the towels. Our waiter Denny was always very attentive and we never had to ask for anything. He always anticipated our needs. Ruben was great, and loved to dance, so he was always willing to perform for us at the end of our dinners in the Washington dining room either by dancing or singing. When we were at the pool yesterday, someone left us a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries in our room just because. They really know how to spoil you and make you want to come back to cruise with them again.

Cabin 6A

The cabins are well maintained. Our steward came in twice a day, when we were at breakfast and dinner. She always made us an animal out of the towels and kept our room neat and orderly. We never had to ask for anything.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

This is where our ship debarked. By the time we were brought to the port from the airport, there was no time to do anything except to board the ship.
