Took the AmaSerena on its second sailing after its maiden voyage from Amsterdam to Basel.
Took the optional pre sailing part of cruise and spent 2 days in Zurich and 2 days in Lucerne. Very helpful to get to know some of the other quests you would be sailing with for the following week. Your cruise manager is with you prior to the actual cruise and this is very helpful.
Never have been on a cruise before and didn't know what to expect. Everyone was professional and always had a smile and couldn't do more for you, whatever the time of day!
