We had the Royal Suite onboard this ship that was recently refurbished, this is the most expensive room on the boat and comes with some perks. First-the check in was a nightmare, if you didnt have a suite you were in a line with 500 people carrying your bags waiting for hours. Mini bar was dirty in our room (left over hard boiled eggs and opened water bottles). Johnny rockets service was horrible, the food was DISGUSTING. We have been on Oasis and Allure and this ship lacked big time! The coke machines other RCCL ships have are missing here, yet they still sell the high tech soda cups, what a dissapointment.

Concierage lounge - free drinks and hot dogs, fried shrimp, and cheese every night. Horrible food and variety

Automatic curtains didnt work in room and the tub on our balcony was 20 years old. The water pressure was so bad it took 60 minutes to fill the tub!
