All in all the cruise was really good. The ship is good only for port intensive cruises. I would avoid it for a transatlantic crossing.
This was our first time on the Rhapsody. We had been on many other Royal Ships before including the Splendor, so we thought we knew the ships but this one stood out because there was no golf course. My own fault for not checking before booking, but be aware.
In general the ship does not offer much by way of occupying the day. The Jacuzzis do not work and they put a note in the daily program saying that this is for our health. Does that mean on the ships where the Jacuzzis work they do not care about our health? Just tell us the truth: cannot be repaired until dry-dock. Same thing about the massage shower in the ladies sauna / steam bath area. I was told it was going to be fixed but until the end of the cruise there was only a trickle of water coming out.
Cabin Review
Junior Suite
Best cabin ever: the cabin itself like a regular junior suite on this ship, but the balcony was just WOW: I would call it a wrap-around porch. We had a real round table with two chairs where we ate many of our meals AND two sun loungers and lots and lots of spare space.
The cabin was very nicely taken care of and in very good repair
