We booked our cruise direct with Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line for the best deal, don't listen to the folks that got sucked in by the free trips offered by the many time share sales groups, most of them felt lied to and ripped offed. The boat is great, the staff is eager to please and does a great overall job, the food at the Ocean view buffet and the Plunge Grill will satisfy most, it's not high end gourmet, but does the job. The cabins with Ocean view windows no balconies are available, are ok for couples or small families, clean and well maintained, smaller cabins are a little smaller and should be avoided. we also played the video poker machines and won money here also. We did play at the casino and found the black jack tables to be very profitable, with great dealers and pit bosses, avoid the $5 tables and settle for the $10 -$25 tables The best option is the cruise and stay deal we did 2 nights at the fabulous Grand Lucayan 4-5 star resort, and it was better than almost every other resort we have stayed at in the Bahamas. The hotel is directly of a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear blue and green ocean. The pool area is fantastic and has world class services. The only advice is be prepared for a delay in getting off the boat through customs it took us 90 minutes but it should be expected. The use of a passport speeds up departure without a passport add a least another 90 minutes to the departure time.
